How it works

Discovery call
45 minutes with the operator who will run the workshop. We map the bottleneck and agree the deliverable.

Custom agenda
You get the agenda and the data we need from you, at least two weeks before delivery.

Workshop delivery
Working sessions, not lectures. Everyone leaves holding the deliverable.
- 04
30-day follow-up session
A 90-minute session one month later to review what was implemented and fix what stalled.
Pricing
Private workshops are quoted per team, for groups of eight to thirty people.
Final price depends on team size, the deliverable and how much preparation your data needs. Travel outside Cairo is quoted separately.
